Steve Gildden, SPHR, SHRM-SCP
Steve is a certified Human Resources professional. who leverages consultative expertise, risk management acumen and change management skills to build new capability at the organizational level, and help individuals achieve differentiated results as well. Over the course of Steve’s 20-year career with SunTrust Bank, a top-10 financial services firm, he led multiple Human Resources centers of expertise, and prior to SunTrust, he spent several years developing and leading a centralized Human Resources function for a regional petroleum products marketer.
In addition to extensive experience working with leaders in high-pressure situations, he also has supported executives through formal coaching relationships, partnering with them to develop the insights necessary for personal growth and acceleration along the change curve. Steve now works as a management consultant and executive coach, specializing in improving organizational and leadership effectiveness.
