The Primary Goals of the W.A.I. Program are:

Personality Assessment

Designed to help young adults
find answers to important
questions about themselves,
their talents, college or career
goals and the like.

Path Considerations

To help young adults identify
important considerations as
they are transitioning from
home to college or preparing
for employment.

Self Analysis

To encourage positive self esteem
and facilitate youth in self
exploration and self awareness.

Problem Solving Skills

To foster the development of
problem solving skills to help
them with future relationship and
challenges they may experience
in the family, college or the work place.

Communication

To provide enjoyable group
activities for the purpose
of developing effective
communication.

Stress Management

Encourage the practice of stress
management skills and providing 
resources that move them
towards living a healthy balanced life.

Participants will:

1. Be Guided through 7 Modules/Sessions to explore the answers to important questions about their lives.

2. Compile a personal resource notebook for future reference.

3. Develop an increased awareness of who they are as they move forward in their lives!
